Each Kallax cube holds one franchise. Marvel, Star Wars, Disney, and Anime each get their own space with dividers.

Start by choosing a shelf preset that matches your actual furniture. The planner uses real interior dimensions for popular units like the IKEA Kallax and Detolf. If your shelf is not listed, pick the closest match and adjust mentally. The grid gives you a reliable sense of how many standard 4-inch Pops fit per row and how many rows you get.
The figure library comes loaded with 50 popular Funko Pops across six franchise categories. Use the search bar to find a specific character, or filter by franchise and rarity to narrow things down. Chase, glow-in-dark, metallic, and flocked variants are tagged so you can plan spotlight positions for your rarest pieces.
Drag any figure from the library onto the shelf canvas. Each grid slot represents roughly one standard Pop footprint. Jumbo and large figures take two or four slots. Click a placed figure to remove it. Toggle grid lines and labels on or off depending on your preference. The slot counter at the bottom tells you how many figures are placed.
Hit Save to store your layout in the browser. You can come back after a new haul and update your plan without starting over. Use Share to copy a link with your layout encoded in the URL. Send it to a friend or post it in a collector group for feedback. Export downloads a JSON backup you can import on another device.
The Print Blueprint button opens a clean, printer-friendly version of your shelf layout. It shows figure names, positions, and the shelf dimensions. Tape it inside your cabinet or keep it on your phone while you physically arrange figures. It saves a lot of guesswork and second-guessing.
Not every Pop is in the pre-loaded library. Click Add Custom Figure to enter any character name, assign a franchise tag, pick a rarity, and choose a size. Custom figures behave exactly like built-in ones. This way you can plan for your entire collection, not just the most common releases.
This planner uses approximate dimensions. Standard Funko Pops are about 4 inches tall and 3.5 inches wide at the base, but some figures have wider stances or accessories that push them out. Always leave a little extra room, especially for figures with guns, capes, or oversized heads. The grid is a planning aid, not a millimeter-perfect template.
If you are planning a Detolf or similar glass cabinet, remember that the interior depth is shallower than you think. Figures in their boxes fit fine, but out-of-box displays with risers need careful measurement. Weight is another factor. A fully loaded Detolf shelf can hold about 15 pounds before you risk sagging. Standard Pops weigh around 100 grams each, so you are safe up to about 60 figures per shelf, but jumbo figures add up fast.
For collectors who rotate displays seasonally, save a layout for each season. Name them "Summer 2026" or "Holiday Rotation" so you can pull up the right plan when it is time to swap figures. The browser save feature makes this easy, but remember to export a backup once in a while in case your browser data gets cleared.
